An Implementation Specialist I is accountable for setting up new clients, client properties and client property accounts for payments & insurance. The position also assists with the daily processing of customer maintenance requests. Accountable to ensure that the clients’ payment & insurance system is setup properly and meet client expectations. An Implementation Specialist I coordinates with the Implementation Consultants and other internal partners to initiate setup by gathering all document requirements and information to begin the implementation process for new and existing clients for setup and upgrades/updates.
