Overview

The Implementation Consultant will act as the primary business consultant for concurrent sales and client engagements. This position brings to our implementation team multi-family housing industry experience and the in-depth product knowledge and project management skills necessary to ensure client satisfaction and success with RealPage software products. The Implementation Consultant will encourage the use of additional RealPage products and service offerings. Implementation Consultant interacts with sales, migrations, training, product support, development, and QA. The Implementation Consultant is instrumental in effectively communicating challenges to the appropriate departments to ensure positive ongoing client experiences. 

Responsibilities

  • Project management and coordination for small to midsize property management companies. 
  • Coordination of RealPage services including data conversion and training. 
  • Contributes innovative ideas to improve product, simplify processes and deliver services. 
  • Provide a high level of product and business knowledge. 
  • Develop and maintain quality relationships and communication with client teams. 
  • Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction. 
  • Actively and efficiently manage implementation projects so that implementations are achieved on time and within budget to the satisfaction of clients. 
  • Organize and maintain all files upon receipt of new/existing and complete orders.  Assists the department with assigned projects on an as needed basis. 
  • Able to assist with product/process testing. 
  • Facilitate meetings and give presentations to clients and project teams. 
  • Identify issues as they emerge, determine appropriate course of action for resolution, and follow through to make sure the problem is resolved to the client’s satisfaction in a timely manner. 
  • Track project deployments and expenses accurately and timely to ensure proper client billing. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication received for each client. 
  • Proactively continue to expand personal development and expertise through education and field experience. 
  • Manage all levels of communication with clients and internal stakeholders on escalations from engagement to resolution. 
  • Provide customer support until product adoption is complete and the customer is transitioned to Customer Support and/or Customer Success Team. 

Qualifications

  • Position requires 2 years of experience in the use of the OneSite product lines. 
  • Software and/or multifamily property management experience required.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills. 
  • Must possess good organization and time management skills, project management.
  • Customer service experience is required, excellent telephone rapport. 
  • Able to work with little supervision but knowing when to escalate problems. 
  • Completing multiple tasks within desired timelines; excellent project management skills. 
  • Must have the ability to work with many different personalities. 
  • Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change.
  • Keen to details and has sense of urgency. 
  • Ability to multitask. 
  • Ability and desire to work within a team environment. 
  • Able to quickly analyze and troubleshoot issues. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, react and respond to challenges calmly, and take initiative. 
  • Ability to work after regular business hours as needed to guarantee deliverables are met. 
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, flexible, team environment and meet aggressive timelines. 
  • Ability to recognize and escalate issues and risks to your leaders. 
  • Ability to work discreetly with confidential information.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 
  • Affordable housing experience preferred. 
  • Experience working in a sales environment a plus; knowledge of the sales cycle.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges.
