Overview

The Digital Marketing and Advertising supports online marketing efforts for RealPage customers through SEO, DA and Reputation Management.

Responsibilities

  • Set up new client’s search engine optimization following a step-by-step guide for getting websites listed on major internet portals.
  • Set up, audit and maintain Goals and Conversion tracking.
  • Set up and/or audit for site’s presence in Google search result.
  • Set up and/or audit for an additional business discovery
  • Set up and/or audit and helps track/monitor ranking, online brand management, keyword research, site audit etc.
  • Review and post responses on social sites through a centralized platform.
  • Enter SEO Ongoing Advance client business information into local search engine content management tool.
  • Complete technical implementation and activations of SEO on websites
  • Perform quarterly audits on all active SEO Ongoing Advance accounts, when necessary
  • Perform monthly audits on RealPage customer websites, when necessary
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
  • Maintain Google Analytics certification.
  • Continuously train and perform assigned responsibility related to SEO, DA and/or Reputation Management

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • 1-2year Customer Care, CSS
  • Minimum of 1-2-year experience with Google Platforms
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of the internet utilizing the web as marketing vehicle.
  • Continue to drive process improvement to optimize time and revenue
  • Proven SEO experience
  • Google Analytics and Google AdWords certification
  • Understanding of best practices for Website Visitor Conversion
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Understanding of Web 2.0, Social Marketing, and Social Media
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Must be willing to work in a Night Shift work schedule
  • Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (On Site, Home or Hybrid)
