The Data Analyst III will use their analytic skills to determine opportunities to maximize value with various products for RealPage clients and upper management. The candidate will collaborate with other team members to improve and automate data management tools.

• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
• Use data to create models that depict trends in customer data and the consumer population as a whole.
• Build strategic partnerships/relationships via excellent client relationship management skills, business analysis, and technical writing skills.
• Create project related documents including system requirements and work with QA team in documenting test scripts.
• Work with account managers to outline the specific data needs for each analysis project.
• Executes test, data extraction, and analysis utilizing the department's various computer software packages within established deadlines.
• Performs ad hoc data mining and generates ad hoc reports for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries.
• Write and code logical VBA programs to enhance current excel templates.
• Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.
• Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.
• Test VBA programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications.
• May analyze and make recommendations on business, technology, and process improvement opportunities.
• Other analytical duties as assigned.

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• With 2 to 4 years’ experience in data gathering, mining and analysis. 
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA.
• Proficient in SQL and ACCESS.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical writing experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work in a fixed Night Shift schedule.
