What You'll Do

 

The Team Leader III provides day-to-day leadership for the team supporting accounting-focused Financial and OneSite Consulting implementations for strategic, expansions and add-on implementations. This role is responsible for coaching consultants, managing workload and delivery priorities, resolving escalations, improving implementation quality, and applying strong accounting and financial knowledge to support successful client outcomes across Financial Accounting and related product offerings.

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop implementation consultants supporting accounting-focused client implementations.
  • Oversee daily operations, workload distribution, backlog management, SLA adherence, implementation timelines, productivity, and quality controls.
  • Provide subject matter guidance on Financial Accounting, month-end processes, reconciliations, reporting readiness, AP/vendor workflows, disbursements, refunds, and related implementation scenarios.
  • Serve as the leadership escalation point for client-facing concerns, accounting questions, project risks, implementation blockers, and priority issue resolution.
  • Partner with Professional Services leadership, Product, Support, Training, and other cross-functional teams to remove blockers, improve processes, and ensure successful adoption.
  • Review implementation quality, documentation, client readiness, and handoff practices to promote consistency and long-term operational success.
  • Analyze team metrics, backlog trends, SLA risks, and project health; recommend action plans to improve capacity, throughput, and customer experience.
  • Facilitate training, knowledge transfer, and communication best practices for accounting concepts, product workflows, and implementation methodology.
  • Build a client-focused and accountable team culture that maintains service quality during high-volume delivery cycles.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; accounting or finance experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong Accounting and Finance background, including understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, AP/vendor workflows, disbursements, procurement, refunds, and accounting system implementation needs.
  • Proven success in software implementation, consulting, project management, or customer-facing delivery, typically with 5+ years of relevant experience and prior lead or supervisory experience.
  • Advanced leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, motivate, develop talent, manage performance, and drive accountability in a fast-paced delivery environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing conversations, executive-level escalations, internal leadership updates, training, and issue resolution.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and implementation risks while maintaining quality.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively across multiple departments, product teams, and leadership groups.
  • Sound judgment, ownership mindset, conflict-resolution skills, and ability to make timely decisions when addressing client or delivery escalations.
  • Willing to work a fixed night shift schedule and flexible work arrangement as required by the business.

 

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.

 

Work Schedule & Setup

 

  • Must be willing to work onsite during the first 90 days of training
  • Hybrid setup begins on the 4th month, with two onsite days per week
  • Supports US business operations - Fixed graveyard shift schedule with night differential pay
