Overview

The Trust Dashboard Product Manager owns the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle for one or more IT products and platforms that enable resilient, secure, and scalable operations across RealPage. You will be the voice of our internal users and external customers, translate business outcomes into product strategy, and partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Data, UX, and GTM to deliver high quality, multitenant SaaS capabilities. Success in this role is measured by adoption, reliability/SLO attainment, cost efficiency, and customer value—especially in areas such as observability/“trust” dashboards, incident response, feature flagging, and AI-assisted operations. 

Responsibilities

  • Define a clear product vision, business case, and 12-month rolling roadmap for assigned SaaS products, tied to Intelligent IT Operations KPIs (availability, MTTR, change success rate, cost-to-serve). 
  • Ship incremental capabilities on a predictable cadence; meet Definition of Ready/Definition of Done; and improve release quality and enablement. 
  • Improve platform reliability and customer experience through data-driven prioritization of tech debt, defects, and operational maintenance. 
  • Establish launch readiness and postlaunch measurement; achieve target adoption rates and NPS for internal stakeholders. 
  • Reduce operational toil via automation and AI/ML-driven features where appropriate. 

 

Product Strategy & Planning 

  • Develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned to business goals and SaaS best practices;maintain an investment plan and outcome-based OKRs. 
  • Conduct market and user research (internal/external), competitive analysis, and pricing/packaging input for the platform/services. 
  • Build and socialize business cases; define success metrics and guardrails (e.g., SLOs, cost targets, and security/compliance requirements). 

 

Product Development & Delivery 

  • Own the backlog across epics/features/user stories; drive prioritization that balances customer value, tech debt, PME (product maintenance engineering), and committed customer deliverables. 
  • Partner with Engineering/Architecture on design and integrations; ensure cross-team dependency management and PI/sprint commitments. 
  • Uphold quality, UX, change management, and release governance; lead readiness checklists and documentation. 

 

Launch & Enablement 

  • Lead launch readiness, enablement content, and communications; coordinate with product marketing, customer success, implementation, and support. 
  • Deliver release notes, training, and stakeholder demos; ensure field/customer preparedness. 

 

Product Impact & Operations 

  • Monitor product performance (adoption, reliability, usage, and cost); capture feedback and iterate; and manage lifecycle, sunsetting, and migrations. 
  • Partner with SRE/NOC/Incident Response to improve operational excellence; driveroot cause remediation and proactive reliability investments. 

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES   

 

  • 7–10+ years in product management with direct experience building and operating SaaS products (multitenant architecture, subscription metrics, SLAs/SLOs, release governance). 
  • Strong grasp of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), API-first design, observability, and security/compliance for SaaS. 
  • Fluency with product discovery and delivery practices (roadmapping, backlog management, user research, and experimentation). 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership; ability to influence across engineering, operations, security, and GTM. 
  • Data-driven decision-making; comfort with financial modeling (business cases, ROI, TCO) and product analytics. 

 

Required: 

  • Experience with feature flag/controlled rollout platforms (e.g., LaunchDarkly), trust/operations dashboards, and incident/ChangeOpstooling. 
  • Background in AI/ML-assisted operations or automation products; familiarity with cloud-native reliability patterns. 
  • Prior work in enterprise IT operations, SRE, or platform product management.

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
