Overview

The AI Transformation and Adoption Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI solutions within the Invoice Processing domain of RealPage Utilities Management. This role bridges strategic AI direction and operational execution by translating leadership priorities into scalable workflows while identifying and amplifying grassroots innovation. The role ensures that AI-enabled processes are effectively deployed, governed, and adopted with measurable impact on efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Translate RealPage’s AI strategy into actionable implementation plans across invoice processing workflows. 
  • Identify, prioritize, and validate AI use cases (e.g., invoice extraction, validation, exception handling, reconciliation). 
  • Design and operationalize human-in-the-loop frameworks ensuring quality, compliance, and accountability.
  • Lead AI adoption initiatives including pilots, rollouts, and continuous improvement cycles.
  • Develop playbooks, governance standards, and best practices for AI usage.
  • Drive behavioral change through training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Monitor adoption metrics and continuously optimize based on data and feedback.
  • Establish structured intake and evaluation of grassroots AI innovations.
  • Partner with engineering and platform teams to align business needs with technical capabilities. 
  • Ensure compliance with responsible AI, risk management, and audit requirements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • AI adoption rate across invoice processing teams (% of workflows using AI)
  • Reduction in manual processing time per invoice
  • Improvement in invoice accuracy and exception rates

Work Environment

Qualifications

Required:

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA/MS) preferred Experience
  • 5–10+ years in transformation, operations, or AI adoption roles
  • Experience implementing AI in business processes (preferably invoice/AP workflows)
  • Proven success in driving large-scale change initiatives Technical & Professional Skills
  • Strong understanding of AI/GenAI capabilities and limitations
  • Expertise in process redesign and human-in-the-loop systems
  • Data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
  • Knowledge of responsible AI and governance frameworks Preferred Skills / Abilities
  • Experience in Utilities Management or Real Estate SaaS
  • Familiarity with invoice processing, OCR, and AP automation
  • Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci)
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive adoption at scale
