• Deploy products into production environments using SQL and proprietary in-house tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Professional Services team members to drive successful implementations and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify potential issues and communicate them promptly to relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks.
• Effectively manage and schedule tasks to meet implementation timelines, achieve departmental objectives, and maximize profitability.
• Record time entries and detailed comments for each process in Salesforce with precision and consistency.
• Ensure all Salesforce workflows, notes, and related documentation are current, meet agreed deadlines, and proactively engage with Consulting teams if challenges arise.
