We’re looking for an AI Enablement Analyst to help teams across the company use AI to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

In this role, you’ll work directly with business teams to identify opportunities to use AI, build practical solutions (like prompts, workflows, and automations), and turn successful ideas into reusable guides and playbooks that others can adopt.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation—ideal for someone who is curious about AI, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a fast-growing, high-impact space.

Help Teams Use AI in Their Daily Work

• Partner with teams to identify tasks and workflows that can be improved using AI
• Recommend and implement practical AI solutions to improve productivity
• Support the rollout and adoption of AI tools across different functions

Build and Test AI Solutions

• Create prompts, workflows, and lightweight automations to solve real business problems
• Test and refine solutions to improve quality and efficiency
• Document what works and help scale successful solutions across teams

Create Playbooks, Guides, and Prompt Libraries

• Develop easy-to-follow playbooks, how-to guides, and workflow examples
• Build and organize a centralized library of high-quality prompts and use cases
• Turn successful projects into reusable resources that others can quickly adopt
• Continuously improve content based on feedback and usage

Support Training and AI Adoption

• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and office hours
• Create simple learning materials to help users get started quickly
• Provide hands-on support to teams as they learn and apply AI tools

Work with AI Champions and the Broader Community

• Support an internal network of AI champions across the company
• Help champions troubleshoot use cases and share best practices
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and community discussions

Track Impact and Improve Outcomes

• Monitor adoption and usage of AI tools and solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and expand AI usage
• Share insights and results with stakeholders

Ensure Responsible Use of AI

• Follow company guidelines for data privacy, security, and responsible AI use
• Help identify and address risks in AI applications

Required

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, data analysis, or similar roles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, automation tools) in a work setting
• Ability to break down complex problems and create clear, structured solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Experience creating documentation, guides, or training materials
• Familiarity with prompt writing or AI workflows
• Experience with SQL, Python, or low-code/no-code tools
• Background in process improvement, consulting, or digital transformation
