SUMMARY
The Implementation Consultant I is responsible for all pre-implementation activity related to new client contracts and set-ups for Realpage Implementation Add-On products such as Payments, Insurance, Doc Management Custom Packet, Active Building, Business Intelligence, etc. The Implementation Consultant establishes new customer accounts, manages existing accounts, validates requirements, and collaborates with internal teams on design and proposal. The goal of the Implementation Consultant is to provide product recommendations and configurations, technical expertise, and technical solutions, ensuring proactive communication to clients and internal staff, and manage enhancement requirements and escalations capability to understand simple to complex business requirements to meet clients’ needs. The Implementation Consultant drives projects to completion by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external teams focused on the implementation.
