Overview

The Digital SAM 1 will focus on supporting the engagement, retention, and adoption of RealPage solutions by assisting with customer outreach and data-driven initiatives. This role will focus on executing foundational customer success tasks and providing support to the broader account management team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer outreach efforts, including sending emails, digital collateral, and conducting basic follow-ups.
  • Provide foundational product support by sharing resources and guiding customers to self-service tools.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and feedback in Salesforce/CSP to maintain accurate records.
  • Gather and compile customer feedback to escalate recurring issues or trends to account managers.
  • Support digital campaigns by preparing and distributing materials to customers.
  • Review and summarize basic customer data and reports for customer conversation.
  • Monitor assigned customer accounts for activity and flag risks or opportunities for the account management team.
  • Contribute to customer retention efforts by ensuring timely responses and efficient resolution of support tickets.
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer responses to outreach and collateral effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support, operations, or entry-level account management role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer success principles and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and follow established processes.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions or the property management industry.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role.

 

Physical Demands and Working Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.
