Overview

Reporting Partner I is responsible for monitoring a portfolio that includes up to 100 sites or approximately 6,800 units. This role requires timely and accurate completion of Final Certification Reviews and State Agency-required Report Submissions. Additionally, the Reporting Partner I adheres to the OneTouch Data Entry process, as well as maintaining agency databases and Reporting Trackers.

Responsibilities

  • File Reviews: Complete Final Reviews by the specified due date and return to site partners.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend scheduled meetings.
  • NR Files: Create and manage Nothing Received files.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain agency database and submit timely.
  • Reporting Tracker: Manage reporting tracker, add new requirements, upload reports, monitor updates, assist with follow-ups to ensure on-time report submissions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service as per communication expectations.

Qualifications

  • College Degree 
  • Experience with file audits and/or data entry.
  • Proficiency in using data entry and reporting software.
  • Willing and able to work overnight shift (8 hours between 8:00am – 8:00pm EST)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.
