We are seeking a seasoned Application Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate will lead the design and architecture of enterprise integration solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals. This role requires both technical mastery and the ability to guide teams, set standards, and work independently when needed. 

• • Define and drive integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) across ERP, HCM, CRM, and custom applications. 
  • Design enterprise-level integration strategies, frameworks, and reusable components to ensure consistency and scalability. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (business, IT leadership, architects, developers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, mentoring and guiding best practices in integration design and delivery. 
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and patterns for integration and application extensions. 
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and performance standards. 
  • Oversee production support and troubleshooting, ensuring high availability and reliability of integration solutions. 
  • Work independently when required, taking ownership of architectural decisions and driving them to completion. 
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives, exploring emerging technologies and integration approaches. 
  • Migration of Object such as BIP, OIC and ATP Components using VBS 

• 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 6+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). 
• Strong expertise in OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, DB, ERP, HCM) and Oracle SaaS integrations. 
• Proficiency in XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, and Web Services. 
• Deep knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite, ICS, PCS, and related middleware technologies. 
• Experience in API management, design, and security (OAuth, SAML, JWT). 
• Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) for reporting. 
• Proven track record in solution architecture, design patterns, and enterprise integration frameworks. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Oracle Certified Professional in Integration Cloud or related technologies. 
• Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) for hybrid integration solutions. 
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git). 
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and enterprise-level delivery models. 
• Experience with Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) will be considered an added advantage.
