As a Senior Manager, this position will report to the Senior Director.
The Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple Business Units for both Internal and External roles. This strategic position partners closely with business leaders to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure seamless candidate experience. This role demands a strong command of recruitment operations and stakeholder management to attract top talent across technical and non-technical domains.
