The Business Analyst I plays a key role in the successful implementation of customers on the RealPage Utility Management products. This role collects the required deliverables from clients, validates their content, and conducts the scheduling and handoff to the consulting team. They are also responsible for accurate backlog management and order forecasting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with customers to schedule the implementation of newly ordered products/services.
• Validate customer-provided deliverables to ensure accurate and complete information.
• Deliver a consistent customer-focused onboarding experience.
• Deliver on-time implementations, per agreement with customer.
• Partner with Sales, Implementations, and Account Management teams to support activations of orders.
• Accurately forecast activations and consistently update backlog.
• Identify and escalate issues or risks to assigned implementations
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Graduate of any four-year course
• Software, Utility Management, and/or multifamily property management experience
• Background in real estate industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
• Strong attention to detail and has sense of urgency
• Must possess good organization and time management skills
• Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment
• Able to work with little supervision but knowing when to escalate problems
• Must have the ability to work with many different personalities
• Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change
• Customer onboarding and customer service experience
• Able to work extended hours when required
• Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule
• Must be flexible in terms work arrangement (On site, Home or Hybrid)
