Overview


We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Enablement Program Manager to lead the coordination and execution of our enablement training programs. This role is central to ensuring our customer-facing teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes they need to succeed. You will be responsible for managing recurring training sessions, maintaining enablement documentation, and driving operational excellence across our enablement initiatives. 

Responsibilities

  • Training Coordination:
  • Plan, schedule, and manage weekly team and bi-weekly Leader enablement sessions
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure timely and relevant content delivery
  • Independently identify training gaps and proactively propose new sessions or formats to address evolving team needs.
  • Create content for in house topics as needed oTrack attendance, engagement, and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
  • New Hire Onboarding:
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance onboarding experiences, taking initiative to implement improvements without direct oversight
  • Lead and facilitate quarterly orientation programs for new hires across Customer Success functions.
  • Ensure onboarding content is current, engaging, and aligned with company goals.
  • Program Operations & Project Management:
  • Own the logistics and execution of enablement programs, including calendar management, communications, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a centralized enablement calendar and ensure alignment with broader organizational initiatives.
  • Drive enablement projects from ideation to execution, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations independently.
  • Process & Documentation:
  • Develop and maintain enablement documentation, including onboarding guides, process playbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Establish repeatable processes for content updates, version control, and knowledge sharing.
  • Take initiative to audit and optimize documentation workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops teams to ensure enablement content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for enablement-related inquiries and support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, confidently leading cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Tool & Platform Management:
  • Support the administration of enablement tools (e.g., LMS, content repositories, scheduling platforms).
  • Ensure content is organized, accessible, and easy to navigate for end users. 

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in enablement, training coordination, program management, or a related field.
  • College Degree

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Required:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing recurring training programs and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, and enablement platforms (e.g., Brainshark, Seismic).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Background in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools.

 

Physical Demands and Working Conditions While performing the duties of this job

The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.
