Overview

RealPage Manager I will lead a team responsible for the analysis of data, migration of data and product implementation based on the customer’s business rules. The Implementation manager ensures the team is well staffed, stays on schedule, ensures quality, manages customer issue resolutions, provides employee coaching/problem resolution, drives activations to increase revenue and helps the business accomplish its goals. The Manager serves as a mentor and trainer to leaders within OneSite Conversion group. The Manager supports all general office duties, coordinate training procedures, project distribution, and scheduled reports. In addition, the Manager is responsible for keeping teams within OSDM engaged and motivated. This needs to be accomplished by fully communicating job descriptions, performance expectations and career paths. The Manager must present to executive management a regular analysis of documents, performance and metrics, as well as staff development.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Implementation team to ensure the deliverables and target revenue are met.
  • Research and resolve staff questions, issues and problems.
  • Maintain seamless communication with global centers and liaise with them on operational front regularly.
  • Handle the leave management for the team effectively and ensure a proactive communication is sent to internal partners.
  • Drive process efficiencies within the group every quarter.
  • Train and mentor leaders within the group.
  • Step up to complete the tasks if the situation demands.
  • Timely escalation to management of problem issues that may affect deliverables.
  • Assist Senior Leadership in the evaluation of group/individual performance.
  • Create, update, deliver and present management reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews.
  • Participate in the screening and selection process related to staffing.
  • Participate in coaching and counseling staff; including terminations as needed.
  • Additional assignments as required by management.
  • Perform implementation tasks and assist with activations as needed.
  • Build and maintain partner relationships with all global centers.
  • Perform in depth analysis of revenue partners and ability to make sound decisions based on data

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Finance or Business-related course.
  • With at least 5 years or more related work experience as a leader.
  • Proven leadership abilities to lead projects and teams successfully.
  • Property Management knowledge or experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a limited time frame.
  • Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Experience in fast paced, production environment
  • Ability to learn and utilize new procedures and processes quickly
  • Ability to communicate and explain complex processes and concepts.
  • Proven ability to provide solid customer service.
  • Familiarity with RealPage products, SharePoint and SalesForce.com a plus.
  • Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment
