RealPage Manager I will lead a team responsible for the analysis of data, migration of data and product implementation based on the customer’s business rules. The Implementation manager ensures the team is well staffed, stays on schedule, ensures quality, manages customer issue resolutions, provides employee coaching/problem resolution, drives activations to increase revenue and helps the business accomplish its goals. The Manager serves as a mentor and trainer to leaders within OneSite Conversion group. The Manager supports all general office duties, coordinate training procedures, project distribution, and scheduled reports. In addition, the Manager is responsible for keeping teams within OSDM engaged and motivated. This needs to be accomplished by fully communicating job descriptions, performance expectations and career paths. The Manager must present to executive management a regular analysis of documents, performance and metrics, as well as staff development.
