Overview

This individual should have strong leadership skills with proven management experience in IT Professional Services or Software Services, SaaS organizations. Direct and functional supervisory responsibility for multiple teams and must possess strong staff development skills, delivery excellence, continuous improvement, automation and innovation. Partner with the SVP & MD of the Philippines and key local & global exec stakeholders to create a plan and proactively manage how team skills & mindsets, work processes, etc will change as automation and AI-enabled technologies become more sophisticated and embedded in our day-to-day work. Develop and push the Automation/AI/Innovation agenda of the PH.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate the PH COE’s drive for “automation-first” and innovation focus in all PH delivery (BU and Functional) teams.
  • Chart a course for the PH COE to shift skills profile to be more technical. Develop and align workforce strategies to facilitate the shift to a more technical skills profile for the PH COE.
  • Enable PH leaders and teams to embrace AI-enabled work. Increase overall AI/Agentic AI acumen of our PH leaders and teams. Provides technical/technology mentoring and guidance to other PH leaders and technical experts.
  • Create and manage a repeatable and effective “grassroots innovation and automation” program across the big teams in PH COE delivering productivity and quality improvements.
  • Increase proactive participation and overall “relevance” of PH in RP’s pivot to Agentic AI (Internal AI COE)
  • Organize, enable and empower a technical PH “guru network” for selected RealPage products; champion the technical career path to ensure technical ICs see a career path distinct from the Managerial Career Path (MCP).
  • Work with the PH Delivery Excellence leader and various Delivery leaders for effective continuous improvement initiatives with the lens of technology, automation and innovation.
  • Set department goals and provide guidance to leaders and team members to successfully achieve automation and innovation goals. Implement programs and operating systems, procedures and policies to ensure attainment of business plans.
  • Responsible for performance management, hiring, employee retention, succession planning & growth of relevant teams.
  • Deeply understand BU/Functional delivery teams & the services they provide – enable the teams to spot automation opportunities, choose from a defined catalogue of automation tools, empowered to implement themselves.
  • Align the automation / innovation work we do in PH with CIO, BU/Func Global teams, & Engineering regarding med-to-big automation projects that are best done by global teams.
  • Utilizing data visualization tools and statistical analysis to communicate insights effectively.
  • Develop innovative, data-driven solutions to address business problems. Designing, testing, and iterating business process solutions that are corrective and preventive using agile methodologies.
  • Understand the telemetry available and create measurable Key Performance Indicators to track the success of solutions/programs and ensure they meet desired outcomes.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements and communicate project updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science/Engineering, or Engineering courses. Exposure to financial services, accounting services related services, and/or real estate is a plus.
  • Minimum 15 years previous experience in a management role with demonstrated key leadership responsibilities in relevant areas.
  • 10+ years’ experience managing innovation, automation, professional services/operations teams of at least 100+ employees.
  • Spearheaded multiple high-impact innovations/automation/experimental technology programs.
  • Experience in AI/AI-related tech/Agentic AI is a big plus!

  • Strong Project/Program Management skills applied to innovation, automation, technology-related programs.
  • Strong communications and collaboration. Excellent written and verbal exec-level communication skills, including the ability to present complex data insights, complex and emerging technology/technical trends and how teams can leverage them effectively.
  • Good problem solving, time management, multi-tasking and creative thinking.
  • Proven track record in delivery / operations role, including the ability to improve processes, workflows and deliver substantial savings.
  • Experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure success of business transformations.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative, automation-driven/data-driven solutions to business problems.
  • Detailed and process oriented; with ability to work on both strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Proven ability to quickly build and maintain rapport and credibility with multiple stakeholders across the organization at every level.
  • Proven project and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Work through ambiguous situations, being able to develop frameworks and structures to define problems and construct execution plans that are achievable and pragmatic.
