The Commissions Analyst I, under incentive compensation team manages the accounting and incentive pay process for RealPage. This position requires advanced analysis and computer skills to analyze data and process as per Company Policy. Position requires ability to meet strict deadlines and will require overtime.

This position includes but are not limited to the following:

• Ensuring that incentive compensated employees are paid accurately and timely.
• Responsible for assigned incentive processes which include gathering, calculating and loading data accurately and timely into incentive system.
• Responsible for gathering and extracting data from various sources such as Xactly, Salesforce, Email reports, one-drive, etc.
• Ensure commissions are allocated to the correct sales/solutions representative.
• Provide World Class service to assigned Incentive Compensation recipients.
• Review source data for accuracy and to support incentive calculation as per approved plan(s).
• Resolve, follow up and communicate on incentive issues identified.
• Assist in all aspects of the Commission Process.
• Maintain desktop procedures documentation.

• Minimum 1 years of finance experience, incentive compensation experience preferred.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills utilizing available resources
• Ability to identify, qualify and prioritize activities
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Must be self-motivating, hard-working, analytical and proactive
• Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside and outside the organization
• Flexibility to work overtime
