The Vendor Service Representative interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email
Place outbound calls to customers to obtain additional information
Work to resolve any customer concerns and answer any questions
Research customer inquiries using available resources
Process payments and enrollment requests
Call vendors that are not enrolled and begin enrollment process
Direct escalation issues to the designated resource
Maintain accurate records of customer correspondence and transactions in the system
Work closely with other departments to meet customers' objectives
Provide timely follow-up on all customer inquiries
Assist with additional special projects as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of customer service experience
Proficient skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook required
Strong typing skills required; ability to type at least 35 wpm
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
